Likewise, the Dad and Me shirts for father and son clothing go according to normal boys sizing, and are available for men in sizes S through XXXL. Yes, the size range for adult men is shifted one notch upwards compared to women. You won't find men's pants at Gymboree though because of the difficulty getting custom fits for what is essentially a seasonal item. But they get around that by making sure that the dad and me shirts are designed to be paired with khaki or navy pants which most adult men own already. And the shirts are made to match the mommy and me dresses.

Their Mommy and Me dresses are available to fit newborns all the way through size 16 girls, while adult women's goes from XS to XXL. For the Dad and Me shirts, they also go from newborn all the way to size 16 boys, with adult men's sizing from S to XXXL. The Children's Place has the same setup as Gymboree in that the Dad and Me shirts are designed to work with chino pants which you can buy for boys at The Children's Place but not for men. This is due to the fit needing to be more customized for men, so men need to pair their Dad and Me shirt with existing chino pants.
The best part is that The Children's Place styles will match the whole family: each of the styles of Dad and Me shirts are designed to be color matching or complementary to one of the Mommy and Me dresses, but they leave it up to you to work out which goes with which. It's pretty obvious once you glance at the styles, but it would be nicer if they linked between the two on the individual product pages so you don't have to hunt around the site to match the guys once you've found the girls style you want, or vice versa.
